Please read before booking
I can not accept bookings for those under 16.
First time clients will be asked to pay 50% of service up front as deposit to secure the booking. (pay other half at appointment)
Please inform me of any allergies or significant changes health.
Unfortunately it is stair access only, i’m on the second floor.
If you plan to bring a companion please let me know in advance: Adult humans shouldn’t be a problem but pets or little ones may be a distraction and I will need both your hands on deck to give you the best nails.
In order to have the best experience I suggest arriving around 10 mins prior to your booking to ensure there is plenty of time to get yourself organised and look through the many options available so we can begin your appointment promptly.
If you are running late I will do my best to accommodate you however the service may need to be adapted. Excessive lateness may result in cancellation.
Please arrive no earlier than 15 mins before your scheduled appointment time, this allows for clean up time between clients and privacy as I work from home :)
I am happy to reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance. You are able to do this online and there will be details of how to do this in your confirmation email. Any issues just get in touch.
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of total booked service
No shows or cancellations due to excessive lateness will be charged at 100%
We Reserve the right to refuse service.
